Warehouse Size: WH-C Structure 12x11 meters, 5 meters high, gable roof.

1 - Galvanized steel box columns, galvanized steel box beams, painted in black or blue (optional), Prezinc.

Galvanized steel box columns 2x4", thickness 1.5 mm, installed every 2 meters, except at door openings.

Gable truss made of galvanized steel box 2x4", thickness 1.5 mm, paired, installed every 2 meters.

2 – Roof made of 0.4 mm thick Aluzinc metal sheet (Happy brand) with 5 mm thick PE heat insulation.

Roof system: Clip-lock system to prevent leaks, no screws driven from the top.
Roof purlins: 1x2" stainless galvanized steel (unpainted), 1.2 mm thick, spaced 1 meter apart, with clip-lock installation.

3- Wall: 0.4 mm Aluzinc metal sheet (Happy brand)

Wall purlins: 1×2" galvanized, rust-resistant steel, 1.2 mm thick, unpainted, spaced at 1 meter intervals.

4- Louvers: 1 meter high, installed along all sides except at the canopy and door openings.

5- Roll-up door: excluded, to be installed by the client.

6- UPVC door, 0.8 x 2 m, 1 panel.

7- Awnings: 6 x 2 m and 2 x 1 m.


Building structure price: excludes wall installation, foundation work, and electrical systems.
 
 
Price: 4,500–6,500 THB per sqm.


Foundation work: Spread footing and 15 cm thick concrete slab on ground.

Price: 2,200 – 2,500 THB per sqm.

At Happy Warehouse by Happy Meebaan, we then proceed to design the factory.

This warehouse is designed to be used as a storage facility, prioritizing speed and cost-efficiency.

For this warehouse construction project,
Inside the factory, the steel structures were fabricated, including the Galvanized box steel columns and the gable trusses.

Galvanized box steel purlins were also fabricated and then delivered to the site for installation, using a pre-engineered warehouse system.

The installation begins with setting up the steel columns using chemical anchors, followed by assembling the gable trusses, roof rafters, roof purlins, and wall purlins.

Next, the roof is installed using metal sheets with a clip-lock system, ensuring a watertight and leak-resistant finish.

Then, the metal sheet walls are installed, followed by the installation of doors and canopies.

This building has a total area of 132 square meters.

The installation of the entire building structure takes 1 month, after which the project can be handed over.
