Design Drawing Fee

The design drawing and signing fee does not include permit application fees or any overhead costs.

Foundation Work – 14 x 60 m. (Piled Foundation)
(Excluding land filling and leveling work)

Piling – 22 piles with footings at each column point as per structural design.
Ground Beam – Size 20 x 50 cm around the building.
Concrete Slab on Piles – Load capacity 1 ton/sqm, thickness 15 cm, with 9 mm wire mesh @ 30 cm spacing.

Warehouse Structure – Model HWHC 14 x 60 m., Height 6.8 m.
(Column height 6 m + Truss height 0.8 m)

Columns & Main Structure:

Wide Flange Steel WF 250 x 125 mm columns.
Roof bracing: Steel box 50 x 50 x 1.2 mm, height 50 cm.
Roof truss (HC & CT) 2 x 4 x 1.5 mm, height 80 cm.
Roofing:

Metal sheet 0.4 mm Aluzinc (Dongbu, Dongkuk brand) + 5 mm PE insulation.
Clip-lock roofing system to prevent leakage.
Galvanized roof purlins 1.9 mm thick, spacing 1 m.
Walls:

Metal sheet 0.4 mm Aluzinc (Dongbu, Dongkuk brand).
Galvanized wall purlins 1.0 mm thick, spacing 1 m.
Concrete block wall plastered and painted with Four Seasons paint – sizes: 6 x 12 m, 4.5 x 6 m, 14 x 2.5 m.
Louvers: 60 cm high x 2 m wide.
Exclusions: All doors are excluded from this scope.
Canopy: 14 x 3 m, 14 x 3 m, and 7 x 3 m.

Electrical and plumbing systems.
Permit application and overhead costs.
Land filling and leveling.
Office and toilet construction.
Public drainage systems.
Contractor will use client’s land for worker camp, and water & electricity provided by client.

Warranty:
Structure: 10 years.
Roof leak: 3 years.
Foundation: 5 years.
Concrete floor: 1 year.
Other works: 1 year.

Payment Terms
Design Drawing for Permit
Installment 1: 50% upon contract signing.
Installment 2: 50% upon delivery of final drawings.

Foundation Work
Installment 1: 30% upon construction contract signing.
Installment 2: 20% upon completion of piling.
Installment 3: 20% upon completion of ground beam.
Installment 4: 20% before concrete pouring (after client inspects steel reinforcement).
Installment 5: 10% upon completion of concrete floor.

Structure Work
Installment 1: 30% deposit for material fabrication.
Installment 2: 20% upon delivery of all columns and roof frames.
Installment 3: 25% upon completion of structural installation.
Installment 4: 15% upon delivery of over 90% of materials (roofing sheets, purlins, wall and roof materials).
Installment 5: 10% upon final handover.
