Important Conditions
The stated price covers materials only, excluding installation and warranty.
In case of minor scratches on the steel structure, 3 gallons of paint will be provided for customer touch-up.
Delivery to locations accessible by trailer trucks. Customers must prepare lifting equipment and manpower for unloading.
Does not include construction drawings, structural calculations for permit submission, or other overhead costs.
If not requested, no additional charges apply.

J Bolts M16, 6 sets per column + 20 sets of screws and washers
Base plates + Wide Flange columns 300 x 150 mm, 20 columns
Base plates + Wide Flange roof trusses 350 x 175 mm, 6 frames
Roof bracing using steel box sections 4" x 4", thickness 2.0 mm, 3 lines
Screws, washers, and bolts for column-to-roof structure connections
Screws, washers, and bolts for roof truss connections
Turnbuckle set + DB16 reinforcing bars for roof cross bracing
Steel tie beams around the structure using steel box sections 4" x 4", thickness 2.0 mm

Payment Terms for Material Production
Payment 1: 50% deposit — production period 30–45 days
Payment 2: 40% before shipment from the factory
Payment 3: 10% upon completion of delivery, payable within 1 day
