Structure: Steel frame according to company engineering design (rust-proof steel), painted in white, black, blue, or grey (color optional).
Roof: “Happy” Sandwich Panel, top side standard color, underside white, 5 cm thick.
Doors: UPVC doors 0.8 x 2 m, 2 doors/room, total 10 doors.
Windows: White frame aluminum sliding windows with green glass, size 1 x 1.65 m, 1 window/room, total 5 windows.
Awning: EPS awning, 16.5 m long, 1.5 m projection.
Bathroom Partition: 1.3 x 1.65 m partitions for 5 bathrooms.
Customer will install wall tiles, sanitary ware, and carry out plumbing work themselves.
Electrical System: Surface-mounted white conduit inside the building, 2 light fixtures/room, 2 outlets/room, plus 1 bathroom light and 1 exhaust fan/room.
Main breaker (1 point) provided – customer to connect main power supply.
Installation: On customer’s concrete floor. Customer to install interior floor tiles themselves.

Payment Terms for Office or Prefabricated House Projects:

1st Installment: 50% of project value upon contract signing.
2nd Installment: 40% of project value upon delivery of more than 80% of components.
3rd Installment: 10% of project value upon final handover.
